The objectives of the Remuneration Committee are to review and approve overall remuneration philosophy strategy policies and practices including performance pay schemes and benefits. The policy is to prepare the compensation packages to attract and retain highly qualified experienced workforce and reward performance bearing in mind the business performance and long term shareholder returns. The Committee comprises three Non-Executive Independent Directors, whose names are disclosed on Corporate Information page of the Annual Report. The members of the Committee met once in the year under review. The aggregate remuneration paid to Directors is set out in Annual Report of the Board of Directors on the Affairs of Company page.
